Lists of "things".  Most of them unnecessary or based on her own belief system - like "placing crystals" around your space and "practice the Tarot."  I have no problem with friends who DO that, but that is not in the list of things that will enrich your life anymore than anything else.

I love lists, so this book is such a fun read because it offers so many ideas for life's little questions. I highly recommend it for your bookshelf or coffee table as a conversation starter or to help you add more spice to your life! ~Nadia
