The Best of 415 Records

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
The Best of 415 Records is a 15-track compilation that features cuts from five of the New Wave label's best-known bands: Wire Train, Romeo Void, Red Rockers, Translator, and Until December. 415 was one of the key labels of the pre-I.R.S./jangle-pop era, and while some of the songs here have dated somewhat, the best moments -- "Never Say Never," "China," "Everywhere That I'm Not" -- are classics of their era.
