Meet the Author

GRAYDON CARTER is the editor of Vanity Fair. DOMINICK DUNNE (1925–2009) was a special correspondent for Vanity Fair and the producer of several films, including Ash Wednesday (1973), which starred Elizabeth Taylor. GEORGE HAMILTON, the actor, has appeared in more than 100 film and television roles. He is also the author of a memoir, Don’t Mind if I Do. SAM KASHNER is a Vanity Fair contributing editor and the co-author of Furious Love: Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, and the Marriage of the Century. DAVID KAMP is a Vanity Fair contributing editor and the author of the food-world history The United States of Arugula, as well as the co-author of the humor books The Rock Snob’s Dictionary, The Film Snob’s Dictionary, The Food Snob’s Dictionary, and The Wine Snob’s Dictionary.

    Terrible book don't wate your money

    This is a terrible book and not worth buying. I want my money back it is so bad so please don't waste your money

    Elizabeth By Vanityfair

    This is a terribly captivating book. I had a hard time putting it down, one feels as though you knew her intimately. Leaves the reader wanting more.

    I thought it was a very good collection of articles on her espec

    I thought it was a very good collection of articles on her especially for fans of her as well as for people who may be curious about her!

    Dull at times.

    This book was enjoyable at times, but at other times it was hard to follow some of the many contributors thoughts. It was not what I expectes, but I did enjoy learning more about her life.
