Reads like an incomplete pamphlet. There's not a single word dedicated to the functional controls of how to adjust heat or smoke flows using the BGE. Instead, gems like "for grilling, start with a very hot grill" (relative to? how?) and "lots of white smoke is bad, you want clear" (great, how do you adjust?) Where do I apply for a refund?
