Meet the Author

Ryan Speck hails from Atlanta, which he is very sorry for. He moved to Seattle in 2005 and has since enjoyed a pollen-lite diet of temperate Northwestern living.

When not entirely shirking his writing duties and beating his head against the proverbial wall trying to come up with things funny enough to make himself laugh every other line, he is more often found on his computer, playing games, or watching TV. Now in his mid-30's, Ryan has added the hobbies of "getting fat" and "regretting his misspent youth" to the already long list of things that he wastes all his free time with.

He lives with three cats and a human female, all of whom he cleans up after.

Whenever he actually does something worthwhile, you can hear about it at ryanspeck.com.
