    Very good

A really good read. A dead showgirl, crooked politicians, a brave priest and a police detective working the case after he's been thrown off the force. A good old fashioned murder mystery with lots of well rounded characters

    Not recommended

Did not like this book. Too much detail on things that brought nothing to the story and not enough details about others that could have added to the story.
