Overview

ALL NEWLY PUBLISHED WITH DELETED SCENES AND AN ADDITIONAL 25 THOUSAND WORDS. READ THE FIRST BOOK IN THE ANDERSON SERIES. Joseph Anderson decides it's time for his three sons to find brides. He wants grandchildren to fill his mansion, and he wants them now. His eldest son, Lucas, is successful in all areas of his life, except love, so Joseph finds Amy Harper and deems her the perfect daughter-in-law. He just needs to get her and Lucas to realize they're made for each other. When Amy becomes pregnant after one reckless night of passion, she's scared Lucas will take the baby and run. He’s demanding, and used to getting his way, but Amy has just the right amount of spark to ignite his fuse, and challenges him each step of the way. Joseph and his brothers, Alex and Mark, offer laughter, love, and support. Amy starts to realize that being wealthy doesn't make or break a man, or a family, for that matter, and she starts picturing the happily ever after she never believed in until meeting the Andersons.

Meet the Author

Melody has had a passion for writing since she was a little girl. Her first book was written at around the age of ten, and it was about a handsome prince Charming rescuing his princess and taking her away to his castle to live happily ever after. She continued to write through her teenage years, but never with the expectation to ever publish anything. Around 2007 Melody realized that she had finished her first full manuscript, and looked at it in awe. She had around a hundred books started on her computer, but had never finished one before. She was so ecstatic about her accomplishment that she jumped in to work on another book. She finished five books in a three year period, and then started thinking about possibly publishing those books.

Melody did a lot of research and discovered how to get her books published, and has been in author’s bliss since then. She is thrilled by the success of her books, since she loves her characters so much, and wants the world to feel the same way. She is constantly working on new materials, and feels like the sky is the limit. Her family helps come up with many ideas, and her friends are a constant help. She hopes you love her books as much as she loves writing them.

Melody has two amazing children, along with about five additional kids that she adores like her own kids, that keep her busy all the time with school events, and sporting schedules, a husband who has become a pretty great cook since she is planted in front of her computer all the time, and two puppies, who help her writing by making sure to keep her lap or feet warm. Family is always first in her life.

I can not wait to read the rest of the series! If you like a good romance book then I definitely recommend this one!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Found this author by accident and let me tell you, it was worth it.  Melody Anne writes an wonderful series of books.  7 in this series and 3 in the other Billionaire series I would recommend this series to anyone looking for a good series and a fast read.  Read the first 4 books in the series in a week.  Once you pick  them up I dare you to  put them down

The author can add whatever scenes and extra words but Lucas is still a jerk who needs mental help. I stick by my original review. Its funny that the original version of this book can't be found...

Weak story that is written poorly. Needs editing along with clean up. Male main character is a pompus a**. Fainciful story with lots of situations in real life that would get you sued, starting with Amy's job interview. And...FYI to the author, it is not advised or recommended that pregnant women use a hot tub, check your facts.

The formatting -- even after I changed to "publishers default" was so poor it interfered with my reading. Sentences were split in most paragraphs.

This book was great! The format and editing were sloppy, but the story was wonderful. I don't understand all the reviews about too much sex and "it read like porn". It was very tame in that department! I would definitely read more!

Tell me if you've heard this one... A very weathy, older, but still charming man has three grown children for which he intends to find spouses. His equally charming wife claims he shouldn't "meddle," but he ignores her and sets up "chance meetings" for the proposed couple. His children are outraged when they find out, but come to realize that Dad was right and settling down and giving him grandchildren was just what they needed to do. It sounds a lot like Nora Roberts' "MacGregor" series, doesn't it? If you like the "MacGregor's" don't bother with this book. It is a poor likeness. The plot is predictable, the heroine is genuinely unlikable with all of her fear about whether or not she'll be fired from her job (LOTS of internal monologuing...yeesh!) and the writing is just...poor. Perhaps Ms. Anne has written better books, but I am not sure. This book was worth every penny I paid for it, as I got it for free.

A good romantic story. I would recommend this book for those who like happily ever after romance stories where the heroine ends up with the sexy rich hero. Predictable but hey it's LOVE.

Repetitive phrases. Physically attactive hero described at lengtg but personality is a dud

Though the plot line was somewhat predictable, the characters were wonderfully entertaining. If you are looking for a light romantic read, this would be a good choice.
