David J. Miklowitz, PhD, is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), School of Medicine, and Senior Clinical Researcher at Oxford University, UK.     Good info, but wordy...

    This book has lots of good information.

    However, it is not formatted for the nook - you only get about 1/2 screen view. And it is extraordinarily wordy - you can skip entire pages because you know exactly how they go. Its full of space eaters like "friends, family and significant other".
