Awesome plot! I'm only rating it 4 stars because it's a little hard to understand when you write the names like this: OwlWillow. It would be easier to understand when you write it like this: Owlwillow. But otherwise it's really good! Will u check out my story, Crystalfrost's path, at growing fire all results?

    FawnStep's Tale/ Cptr. 1

A loud stream of coughing woke Fawnkit from her delightful slumber. Her mother's belly heaved with every cough, sending me scrambling away from her. "Sorry FawnKit." My mother, TawnyPelt rasped. As she said that, a muscular black tom and a slender white she-cat padded into the den. "Why hello there my little fawn." The tom purred, rasping his tongue over my head. I stretched my mouth open in protest. His paw smoothed the light brown fur on my now-damp forehead. "Hello OwlWillow, do you mind taking FawnKit out to see her father?" TawnyPelt asked coarsely. OwlWillow nodded and carefully wrapped his teeth around my scruff. He mumbled something and trotted out of the den, my feet dragging along the dusty clearing. He screeched to a halt, planting his feet into the ground. My hindquarters slammed against the ground as he dropped me. I yowled in suprise as water lapped at my shoulders. "Oh no. Its flooding. We have to get everyone out of here!" OwlWillow screeched. He darted off toward the nursery, leaving my stranded in the now-flooded camp. A large wave smacked into my facd, sending me sprawling farther down the river. The slender white cat rushed up and grabbed me, gently tossing me over to my father. His grey fur was sodden and muddy, his eyes luminated with fear. He dragged me along the ground as we hurried to higher land, leaving our flooded camp behind. A pushed away from him, sending me sprawling down the hill. My face collided with a rock and everything went black. I awoke to a pitch-black sky, the stench of death flowing on the humid breeze. As i looked over to my soaked clanmates, my eyes locked onto the two bodies that they hovered over. I wailed and ran over to them. My eyes took in the mounds of sodden fur. One light brown and the other a dark grey. "NightBlaze was a good deputy, and he and TawnyPelt had the blessing of FawnKit. May starclan now look over them. I sobbed and ran over to them, burrying my nose into my mother's once-warm fur. Her eyes were open and glazed, appearing to be staring at nothing. I looked over to my father, but did not dare move. His ravaged body would only sadden me more. I shoved past OwlWillow and dashed away from camp and into the unknown forest that called to me with the voice of death itself.
