I am 3 weeks into the program and I have lost 13 pounds. I like the simple, easy to follow meal plan. I am busy and do not have time to prepare 6 special meals a day. And my family does not alway want eat to what I am suppose to eat.
I like the workout plan and the negative resistance. My body is getting harder and toning up. It is a common sense plan to nutrition and exercise. I am having the best success on this program compared to others. I would recommend

Although the book has pictures of women, and lists their success stories, I had trouble with the upper body exercises because I'm not strong enough, and there were no alternatives given for those of us who can't do them. I am a very athletic older woman, playing both singles and doubles tennis up to 5 times per week, and doing gardening, which means hauling my own topsoil, but still couldn't do the initial exercises Fortunately my husband, a fitness freak, helped me figure out alternatives. I received ARC to provide an honest review of this book.
Well I am sorry to report that I did not lose 30 pounds in the 30 days, but I did lose some weight. I also feel like my muscle tone has improved. Nevertheless, feeling and looking better mean much more than any number to me. However, I have passed along this book title to a few friends and hope that they see the difference in the number since that is important to them.
The book was easy to follow and I am sure that I could have lost more if my family would have stuck to the meal plan…and maybe my willpower was greater. I will incorporate several of the exercise suggestions into my routine to keep everything fresh.
