This is the best book I found on weight training and exercising to sculpt.The authors put a lot of emphasis on long-term results. The theory being that varying your workout every 14 days will bring continued results.The book provides multiple 2-week routines, and exacting breakdowns of every weight training exercise. They give step-by-step instructions to perform exercises correctly,and explain the common mistakes one should avoid making.The instructions explain how to isolate the correct muscle for the exercise and how to avoid doing the exercise incorrectly.I have had great results with this book and I feel confident that I am performing exercises correctly,and that I can help others around me who may not.The authors' enthusiasm during the introduction can be a bit annoying, and it takes a long time for them to get to the point of explaining their plan, but besides that it is a great book.
