I absolutely love this book!!! Detailed explanation of different types of exercizes, a warm up plan to get you started so you aren't in over your head and then you can dive into the 14 day challenge (which I've yet to reach I've just started using this book again this winter, cuz what I got for Christmas this year was fat lol) I bring this with me to the gym. I leave notes in it and all so I know how I felt with each exercize and compare it 2 weeks later to my new "feeling" and how much easier it was. I was always lost when going to the gym, not knowing which work out routine to follow from day to day. This book explains it all and its not confusing one bit!!! Great great book!!!!!!!!!!
