Jenni Fleetwood is a highly experienced food writer and editor. She began her writing career as an investigative reporter in South Africa and worked as a magazine feature-writer in Cape Town before settling in the UK and specializing in food writing. When not wearing her apron, she pens children’s books and short stories, and is a member of both the Society of Authors and the Guild of Food Writers. Fleetwood now divides her time between England and South Africa, where she works as a volunteer in a poverty alleviation project, Iziko lo Lwazi Craftworkers.
Wendy Kavanagh is a health writer specializing in complementary medicine, and particularly massage therapy. For this book, she has contributed the projects for health and healing, for natural beauty, and the recipes using honey and beeswax in the house and garden.
