A great book with a great message-

This is a book that every kid should read or have read to them. As a teacher I read this book every year and with my own children I used this story to talk about lying. This is a great example of stretching the truth to get attention. We have one of these books in the nurse's office at school, if you are always saying you don't feel good when you really feel okay, people won't believe you when you really feel badly. This is a great book to use to teach about gaining a reputation. Aesop's fables are great for teaching character lessons!
