Change your approach to living with braces! A must-have

When it comes to dentistry and oral health, we tend to become so caught up in the technicalities, we forget how they can impact those small but significant ways we live our lives (like having to give up satiating food when wearing braces). Pamela Waterman's series, The Braces Cookbooks, is such a phenomenal resource for providing delicious recipes that are not only satiating to anyone's palette, but dentist approved and 100% safe for all braces-wearers.

As "America's dentist" it is extremely important for me to spread the message of maintaining good dental health. My goal is to put an end to dental disease and promote healthier smiles everywhere. Having braces is one of those ways in achieving that healthier smile, and something that can affect young children, teens and adults. Wearing braces is no easy feat, especially when it comes to maintaining a satisfying diet. Pamela teaches us how - at home, in the grocery store, or dining out. I highly recommend her series as it will change your whole approach to living with braces. Happy eating!
