Yum. I thought I would make more bread with my bread machine if I bought this book, but I have to admit I still liking making it the old-fashioned way. The pictures are beautiful and the research is well-done for this book, so I still find it useful... but, if you are looking for a large, international survey of breads to make easily without a bread machine, Traditional Breads of the World is my top recommendation.
