Meet the Author

James Greenblatt, MD, a dually certified child and adult psychiatrist, is a pioneer in integrative medicine. He has lectured throughout the United States and Canada on the scientific evidence for nutritional and other interventions for mental illness. Dr. Greenblatt is medical director of Eating Disorders Services at Walden Behavioral Care, a psychiatric facility in Waltham, Massachusetts, and founder and medical director of Comprehensive Psychiatric Resources, a private integrative psychiatric practice near Boston. Dr. Greenblatt received his medical degree and completed his psychiatry residency at George Washington University and completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical School.
