Professor Hugh Hewitt is a lawyer, law professor and broadcast journalist whose nationally syndicated radio show is heard in more than 120 cities across the United States every weekday afternoon. Professor Hewitt is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Michigan Law School, and has been teaching Constitutional Law at Chapman University Law School since it opened in 1995.

    The book will help you form a balanced opinion on every aspect of the Obama administration. It also provides a staggering list of external sources, which further solidifies the narrative and makes it a reference gold mine. The content is very well structured, and reveals some troublesome patterns during the president's first term. By the flow of the supporting arguments, you can tell the author is a legal scholar, with extensive knowledge of the political and legal environment.

    The mainstream media makes the case for Obama every single day. Academia and Hollywood, warmly holding hands, are closely behind, cheerfully applauding every step of the president. When someone even dares to suggest that this picture is perhaps a little bit tilted, naturally, the Progressive Trinity is enraged. If you criticize the president, you must be nothing but “just a hateful ignorant blow horn”. How dare you question the established notion that Barack is the smartest president the world has ever seen? After all, who gets the Nobel Peace Prize just for showing up… The Brief Against Obama simply calls the president’s bluffs. Constitutional law professor Hugh Hewitt reviews Obama’s record in 25 chapters. Each chapter starts with a bold quote by the president, which is then followed by analysis of the issue, backed by irrefutable facts. Did I say FACTS? I know, not very convenient if you only care about the utopian intentions of the Left. Indeed, perhaps this book is not for everyone, because the truth sometimes has this annoying habit to get in the way, like a pest.

    It is good to have the facts before you vote and this will give you a lot of truthful information. Obama is NOT a leader - he is a blamer. When and if the truth is written about his Presidency, you will probably read of one of the worst President's in your lifetime.

    WORST BOOK I EVER READ!!

    I really was open minded and wanted to be educated but oh my gosh was all this made up lies! I looked in to his "facts" about President Obama on just statistics alone that anyone could look up facts from US Economy report alone can see he is just a hateful ignorant blow horn who just wants to bash the president without any real facts beside whats in his head. I guess free speech is even for him.

    Facts are inconvenient things for the hope and change crowd

    History will consider james earl carter a spectacular success next to barack obama. Read this book if you want to know why.

    This book is very biased and it's sole purpose is to trash Obama with fabricated statistics. I don't see the point. If this was an effort to stop the re-election of Obama it was an epic fail. If you can find one fact in this book that is true, I swear I will pay you my next paycheck

    The O record is horrible...

    ...and Mr. Hewitt makes an incredibly compelling case against Pres. Obama. Don't believe the 1 star reviews from biased individuals who probably didn't even buy or read the book!
