We all know how easy it is to gain weight and get out of shape. Yet, very few books get everything right when it comes to dieting and weight loss, so I have found a new appreciation for taking tips from several books and learning to make them work for my lifestyle and my goal weight. While the Bulletproof Diet, doesn’t reinvent the wheel when it comes to eating right, it does have some great points that you can incorporate into your own life, including: no longer saying that I don’t have time, especially for things like breakfast.  That is no longer an excuse.  Nourishing your mind and body is not optional. I also love that the book stresses for you not to count calories in an attempt to lose weight.  You should eat until you begin to feel full and then stop. This really does help. Of course, I learned all of this and a lot more in The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution which helped me lose an incredible 11 pounds and I can’t stop bragging about it. The book and my weight loss. Still, the Bulletproof Diet is a book that deserves your attention. It will help you to finally take control of your health and live life with gusto. I’d also recommend that you buy a copy of The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution, which is also on sale now here on BN and see if it can help you as much as it helped me to live better, by eating better.

I am a 54 year old female who has been dieting and exercising for over a year. I lost 6 pounds. I go so frustrated I quit, and over 2 cruises and Thanksgiving, gained back my 6 pounds it took me a year to lose. I lost 6.5 pounds in SIX days following this plan! Its crazy, and you might not want to tell anyone you put BUTTER in your coffee every morning, but I feel amazing and I'm in it for the long haul ! Love it !

Life saver. Yes, he is not an MD, but maybe that is why you should read it and give it a try. When was the last time your family doctor gave you this type of advice instead of prescribing another "sponsored" special, like Enbril, Crestor or Diovan? Can KerryGold in your coffee cure RA or lower blood pressure? Perhaps....

I first heard about Bulletproof Coffee. Shortly after, the Bulletproof Diet book was released. The author presents facts, personal experiences, and a livable plan to stay fit, increase longevity, and feel "Bullet Proof." A great resource for those who know "conventional diet wisdom" doesn't yield the results many of us are looking for.

This diet did not work for me. I am a 62 year old female. After three weeks I have become very ill and have become a borderline diabetic. This is a very dangerous diet and I don't recommend it to older women.

Once I read that he drinks his coffee with butter and MCT oil, I knew this book was a joke.
