the first one reviewer did exactly the opposite of what they should have done and instead of just skimming through the book should have taken the time to actually
read the entire book. The unique tips and Felecia's perspective is amazing.
The knowledge given by the writer is extremely valuable.  Never once throughout the book, in the title, in
the introduction, or on the back cover did Felecia state that she was writing a scholarship directory.
Everything in this text reminds me of the 4hr work week, it is the 4hr work week for students wanting to
go to college with funds students that are often overlooked by lazy guidance counselors and teachers.  This is a no frills, straight to the point, practical guide to getting as much money
as possible so that kids can attend institutions of higher learning.  I quote it is the "Creative Students Guide
to Scholarships," get creative and earn the money necessary for your education.

Probably the best book I've read on scholarships for the average

Probably the best book I've read on scholarships for the average student such as me. I'm not sure what the damning review is talking about, but for somebody like me - who isn't the brightest student, nor the most knowledgeable - I feel miles more confident that I'll actually be able to get a scholarship now. The book literally walks you through getting a scholarship - I haven't come across anything this practical or useful in a long while. I wanted to take my future in my own hands, and this book has enabled me to do so. I would thoroughly recommend it.

This book is just what I have been looking for! I have a a high school senior who hasn't been  getting much help with scholarships
from his guidance counselor. I didn't apply for scholarships when I was in school so I didn't know where to begin with the process to help my son. This book was a great help for me
and my son to show us what we needed to do and some creative ways to stand out.  Must read even if your child is not a C student like mine

    Nothing Groundbreaking

To be honest, this book doesn't really say anything groundbreaking or new. It sends you to all the most well-known scholarship search engines like Zinch or Cappex, and it just coaches you on how to write a good essay, gives tips on starting searches early, etc. I ended up leafing through the entire book trying to find something new or enlightening that I hadn't already done or didn't already know, and I arrived at the back cover, having come up emptyhanded. In the end, I think it's just best to invest in a scholarships directory and dive directly into the search.
