Teachers will identify with, and enjoy, these definitions while others will recognize the foolishness inherent in bureaucracies and chuckle. This is a "Devil's Dictionary" more narrowly done. It is a funny, quick read.

If only your students were as witty as you...

I read nearly the entirety of this book while sitting in one of your student's living rooms bored out of my mind. Good read.

    His view is misguided.

His entire view of beurocracy and education are misguided and unsupportive while his silly humor is nothing more than rotten horse feathers.

Open it to any page for a giggle (especially if you're an educator)

This should be located through B&N's new book browser under Education Humor. It is full of short, insightful and 'grumpy' definitions of things having to do with education and bureaucracies in general. If you get frustrated by silly rules, you'll like this book.
