Teachers will identify with, and enjoy, these definitions while others will recognize the foolishness inherent in bureaucracies and chuckle. This is a "Devil's Dictionary" more narrowly done. It is a funny, quick read.
I read nearly the entirety of this book while sitting in one of your student's living rooms bored out of my mind. Good read.
I was completely impressed with the dialogue, and wholehearted narration and dialogue in this book! I was totally orgasmic, and I had many a hot flashes while reading mr.joebs book. I recoomend this book to anyone looking for a good time, and a quickie.
This should be located through B&N's new book browser under Education Humor. It is full of short, insightful and 'grumpy' definitions of things having to do with education and bureaucracies in general. If you get frustrated by silly rules, you'll like this book.
His entire view of beurocracy and education are misguided and unsupportive while his silly humor is nothing more than rotten horse feathers.
