Definitely the best of the trilogy! Even though the whole "I'll know my hero the second I see him" bit was a tad much, the rest of the book more than made up for it. Angelica's story didn't have any of the ridiculousness of her sisters'--the "I love him but he'll never be able to love me back, so even though the sex is great a Cynster has to marry for love, oh well, woe is me" drawn out drama that just felt like it was there to make the book longer. This one had none of that feeling of wasted space. Instead, the drama is kept drawn to a nice edge throughout, and the romance--in spite of Angelica's sixth-sense--is well-written and believable. And now I'm back to working my way through the original series--Spencer's (Vane's) book is up next!

Actually, it is better than the last several series written by this author. Lately she has written a lot of books that deal with the exact same plot: man and woman must travel great distances under less than ideal circumstances while eluding capture and long they way the woman seduces the reluctant man into falling in love. A person can only write so many of the same story before they all start sounding alike, which the Black Cobra series is most remarkable for (four books, all exactly the same plot). At least this one was less travel and more falling in love. The plot went along great, I just wish (without giving any of it away!) than a little more attention had been given to how the first two sisters react to the man their youngest sister chooses. I think that was glossed over a little to conveniently. Otherwise, the best of the three in the series for sure.

Overall, this book was okay. I was a little bothered by the repetitive use of certain words and once there was part of the plot where I was like, "Really?". But, it is hard not to fall in love with the two main characters. It starts off a bit slow, but once you reach a certain part in the book, it's worth it.

I liked this one. I really enjoy the Cynster Series as a whole. It makes for a good read. The way the family history was woven into this one as well as its predecessors was well done.

The main characters were too boring the heroine was too cold and manipulative there was nothing sweet or romantic about this book save your money

I really like how the supposed villain in the first book is the hero in the final story. These two were my favorite characters and their chemistry was electric. The ending seems somewhat fantastical, but its a romantic fiction, so I'm not complaining:P Definitely recommend this one!

I love the story line and the romance fit the story perfectly. The strong and spunky lead character led to some really cute moments. I love that it wasn't a rushed ending, too!

If you have been following the Cynster books, or even if you haven't, you will like this book very much. Well thought out, likeable characters, with smart and witty conversation all through it. I totally enjoyed it and bought another of the Cynster books immediately after reading this one. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Terrible. I couldn't even finish reading this book, The whole thing was so silly. The woman in this book is so childish, She plays a game with the man throughout the whole book. I couldn't even tell if she really loved him or just wanted him to love her. Don't waste your time.
