I highly recommend this book. It is packed full of helpful information. It clearly outlines the program; how to determine if it applies to you, is right for you, how the program works with the different phases, and recipes to help you in each phase of the program. I know people that I work with have done this program and it worked wonders for them. They feel so much better and have lost a lot of weight! I have just begun and already I am feeling more energy and healthier!
