Overview

The controversial president of The Catholic League shows how the Church may be the best guide for achieving long-term health and happiness.

According to Bill Donohue, religious Americans are by far the healthiest and happiest of any segment of the population; this is true across religions. When compared to those who do not ascribe to religion, believers are significantly healthier and happier (they are also more likely to get to heaven). Donohue shows how the application of beliefs, bonds and boundaries yields a life of health, happiness and heaven. But, this isn't just his opinion: Donohue backs up his insights with new and challenging research.
