    Simply the best!

    For young Catholics in their teens, this Bible is sure to clear up questions and leaving you with a hunger for God's Word. Almost every page has some notes in it - either Live it, Pray it, Did you know, or Cultural Connections. This Bible also includes the 3 Catholic Reading Cycles for each Sunday of the Catholic Calender. It also has suggested reading plans, timelines, maps, photos, and a A-Z list of all the Books of th e Catholic Bible. Never found anything better! Live it - notes will pick out Scripture verses and write a short reflection on them and ask you questions on how to apply those to your life. Pray it - These will have prayers for you to pray based on Bible Verses. Did you know? - Based on some Bible Verses, these will have facts on things that would normally happen in that Biblical time. Really cool. Cultural Connections - will pick out verses and connect what the message is and how different cultures take it and what it means to them. This Bible is complete, including those 7 books that other Chrisitan Bibles lost when breaking out of the Catholic Church. I would suggest it to any gender person from the ages of about 10-18 'then check out the Catholic Womens Devotional Bible, for girls...'. NRSV is easy to understand and very close to the most common version, NIV. Sure to make you grow in faith!

    Well Worth It

    Simple and to the point, this Bible is easy to read and provides constructive notes on how to lead a more God- centered life. Included are various maps during the times the Biblical events took place, timelines for human and Biblical history, photos of Biblical places, listings of where to find well-known stories, and indexes for life and faith issues, the sacraments, and the articles within the Book. Highly recommended!
