Seth J. Gillihan, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and bestselling author of The CBT Deck and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Made Simple. Dr. Gillihan specializes in a mindfulness-centered form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) known as Think Act Be.
