I cannot speak highly enough about The Children¿s Bill of Emotional Rights: A Guide to the Needs of Children! Anyone who has children or works with children must read this book.
Eileen Johnson clearly understands the emotional needs of children and expresses how we can better attend to them. As a mother of 2 and an elementary educator, Ms. Johnson¿s knowledge has helped me to be a better listener and supporter of my children and students. I found her information and techniques to be though provoking as well as clearly exemplified in the methodology.
This book is so invaluable that I have arranged to have a book study with my educator colleagues in the new year to work towards integrating the wisdom set forth in the book. We are hopeful to even have Ms. Johnson join our group since we are near NYC and her school.
Ms. Johnson insight is beyond compare and will change how you encounter your children and/or students on a daily basis.
