Meet the Author

I love everything Paranormal, especially Vampires and was inspired to write the first book in The Dream Series (The Man of My Dreams) after watching the TV show Moonlight.

I am a stay at home mum of four children and write whenever I get the chance. I hope you will continue on this journey with me and come to love these characters as much as I do.

First off, I would like to say that I am not usually a big fan of books that have rape and molestation in them. I will say that this book does not dwell on the subject and the scenes are brief. On to a better note, I love the concept of a hero vampire. I really loved this book because it gave me the back-story from the first two books. Little A.J. is such an awesome kid so far. This series gets better and better with every book.

    Gladys Quintal does not disappoint!

Brought to you by OBS staff member Autumn

When we last left Alexi, he was on the verge of losing everything he loves. He discovers that his young son, A.J., has the power to save Cassie from death and also is wanted by the evil Elizabeth for the power that his blood holds.

Alexi must decide if he can walk the very fine line of fulfilling his vampire nature while living amongst humans. How can he protect his new family as well as his old and defeat the malevolent powers that threaten them?

Gladys Quintal is back with the newest installment of her The Man of My Dreams series. The Chosen One starts immediately where the last left off and then continues to take the reader on a rollercoaster ride of action and drama that we have come to expect from her.

I was so looking forward to reading this book after the cliffhanger of the last book and was not disappointed. The characters and storyline continue to develop and move quickly all while keeping the reader engaged in this quick and entertaining read. The ending sets up the possibility of another book in the future and I know that I am hoping that we get to see a happily ever after for these characters.
