Merry Peterson is not a big fan of Christmas. Ever since she found out at the age of 8 that her parents had lied to her about Santa, the whole holiday thing lost its magic. Now she's a long way from home, alone, and missing her family...until she falls right into Santa's lap.
Jason Wells might be a hard-working news anchor, but he still takes time to play Santa for the kids at Children's Hospital, collects toys for underprivileged children, and solicits donations for worthy causes. But Merry's assignment for Dallas Beats magazine is to expose the darker side of the Channel Six news team, and Jason just might get caught in the middle.
The Christmas wish is a 20,000 word novella about the true meaning of Christmas and how helping others can lead to a dream come true.

A lonely young Boston women who is a transplant to Texas misses her family at Christmas when she ends up sitting on a young Santa's knee on the bus. Romantical tale of good-tidings and charity with hugs and kisses. This story can also be found in the .99 boxed set Main Street Christmas.
Great read! Heart-warming and attention holding. Will look for more of her books.
Tori Scott does it again! Tori Scott has a way of writing a story that makes you feel as if you are a part of the story. Merry is an investigative reporter who is new to Dallas, Texas and hates Christmas. Jason is the anchor for the local TV news station and an all round good guy. Merry's newest assignment is to do a report on the local TV news crew, are they really as nice as they appear? Merry is torn about this assignment, but she may find her answers when she falls into Santa's lap, literally! You'll have to read the book to find out what happens.
