Green Eye-Opener

Sign of the Dove, New York City

1 ounce vodka
2 ounces fresh lime juice
3 ounces orange juice
5 to 6 drops blue curaçao
1/2 ounce triple sec1 celery stalk

In a shaker, mix all ingredients, except the celery stalk, with ice. Pour into a tall glass. This drink is green because, as you remember from art class, that is what you get when you mix blue and yellow. Garnish with the celery.

1 1/4 ounces vodka
2 ounces peach puree
2 ounces orange juice
