I was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Since diabetes runs in my family, I wanted to avoid this complication. I found this book at my local library and loved the information and recipes (delicious and easy!) so much that I had to have my own copy.
Pre-diabetes is a growing epidemic that if not addressed leads to diabetes. Following the suggestions here and using the recipes, I have lost 50 lbs. and my sugar is normal.
