Paula Johnson Rood RN/BSN is the founder and CEO of the National Aesthetic Accreditation Agency, and president and founder of Northern California Aesthetic Nurses Association. Paula has more than 12 years experience as a plastic/aesthetic surgery RN. She has also been a clinical trainer for lasers and fillers/neurotoxins, a federal OSHA inspector who received training from the U.S. Army, and an AAAASF surgery accreditation inspector.
