We tell ourselves we're not stressed when we are. This book gives great insight on how to manage stress and keep that stress away from overcoming your home and work life through little ways that are very precisely described through words. I recommend this for anybody who does not know how to maintain stress-free or can't sleep because they're constantly worried about upcoming tasks or unfinished tasks.
