    Great Read

I am in my late 20s and have been stressing about everything from school, to finding a new career to drama in the family life. I needed an escape from everything. I wanted to reconnect with myself and my spiritual side. This book helped me calm my mind, though it took time, I am slowly learning to stop and take a moment, when I become overwhelmed.
