That does not apply to the contents of the book but rather to the way it was prepared for electronic distribution. The food name and calorie count begin on one page and the remaining entries for the food display on the following page. I could deal with this inconvenience if the charts could be resized so they could be read. They cannot. I would not mind reading it on the desktop app if the book was not so haphazardly put together. The section for foods beginning with "a" does not exist. Foods beginning with "s" begins the book and then are repeated again at the end. There are at least pages where the food name and calorie count are completely absent and only the 2nd half of the chart is displayed. Search functions do not work since apparently the charts have been entered as images instead of text. Unless you want to page all the way through the alphabet one page at a time to find an entry, this book is a total waste of time for the desktop app or the Nook. I can only assume that there was no proof reading done on this at all.
