    A reviewer

The Shimbergs have written a thorough, detailed guide for single fathers navigating the treacherous waters of single-fatherhood. Most of the materials is aimed at divorced fathers. Includes both specific tips and activities, and 'tips from the trenches' from single dads who have dealt with the many issues addressed in the book. There is also general parenting advice as well as general relationship advice for divorced dads dealing with an ex and plunging back into the dating world. Highly recommended for newly divorced dads who want to minimize the impact of their divorce on their kids (and their relationship with their kids).

Well organized. Allows the reader to go right to the topic where help is needed the most. Very helpful for the time-challenged single parent. Lots of real life situations.
