    Poor formatting

Did not like the formatting: no paragraph indents, no justification . . . did not physically enjoy reading it. Opted to go with the other edition from MobileReference.

    great writer, poor format

Elizabeth Gaskell is an amazing author. But this edition has some problems, as noted by the previous reviewer. I've also noted a major glitch in her 'Life of Charlotte Bronte': it ends abruptly in mid sentence during the 15th chapter, when there are 30 chapters in this particular work! That makes me wonder how many other glitches there are in this compilation that I'm not aware of yet! 5 stars for the writer, 2 stars for the ebook, average of 3 stars.

    Incomplete

Doesn't have the full text of the stories. For example, "The Life of Charlotte Bront?" has only the first volume and not the second.
