About the Author

John H. Dobbs is an experienced consultant in the areas of Strategic Planning, Business Process Redesign, Information Technology & Business Integration Strategies, Identity & Access Management Strategies, Management Development, and Organization Change Management. He has consulted on business and process strategy, IT and internet strategy issues with a wide variety of clients including Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola Enterprises, United Parcel Service, BB&T, ICI Chemicals, Textron, SE Toyota Distributors, Northrup Grumman, CNN, Nationwide Insurance, Publix, State of Ohio, Honda of America, Tenet Healthcare, JI Case, Hospital Corporation of America, Scripps, Royal Caribbean, Coors Brewing,
Bell South and others.
He is a graduate of the University of Utah with a BS in Management and holds an MBA degree with emphasis on Organization Development from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been employed by Johnson & Johnson; Development Dimensions International (DDI); The Atlanta Consulting Group (TACG); Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP); Novell, Inc.; and Cisco Systems. John is currently Managing Partner of Pragmatic Strategy Partners, LLC. He resides in St. Simons Island, GA.
