About the Author

Dr. Patricia Thompson is an award-winning teacher, researcher, and corporate psychologist who has consulted to senior executives since 2004. On the way to earning her PhD in Clinical Psychology, she was educated at the University of Toronto, Georgia State University, The University of Pennsylvania, and the Emory School of Medicine. She currently teaches corporations and individuals how to leverage the science of positive psychology to enhance their personal and professional results, believing that a holistic approach that addresses one�s body, mind, and spirit is the key to achieving peak performance in a variety of domains. She lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, Markeal, and son, Blake.
