This is a really fun cookbook! Great easy recipes! Love the chapter on slow cooker and casseroles! The Pizza Casserole is so good! Heavely Slow Cooker Chicken and French Dip Sandwiches in the slow cooker are two of my family's favorites. I also love the fun stories and tips! It's a great cookbook for people who just don't have a ton of time to cook! Anybody can make these recipes!

This isn't just for moms! I'm a Dad who loves to cook! Amy gets it! These are really fun, easy, kid friendly recipes! We love the Pizza Soup, Chicken Pot Pie on the Fly Casserole and all Slow Cooker recipes! It's a great book with new ideas, tips and recipes that anybody can make!

This is the second cookbook I have of Amy's and I think her recipes are just great for anyone who wants to put a great meal on the table but not spend all day in the kitchen. Way to go Amy, keep up the great work. Love the color photos in this second book. Ann from Cleveland

I love this cookbook! I'm a "real mom" too! These are easy, inexpensive and delicious recipes! I love the slow cooker and casserole chapters! Great pictures and stories too! It's more than just a cookbook! It's fun reading!
