We've had a Romertopf clay pot for quite some time now, but this cookbook has opened our pallet to so many new recipes. The Clay Pot Ribs were a hit at our last party, the meat just falls off the bone!

I was given this as a wedding gift, and have made 6-8 recipes from it in 2 months! Although I haven't been disappointed with any of them, the desserts are especially good.
