Made the German apple pancake on New Years morning. It was great! My husband loved it. All the hints really helped.

I also like anything that comes from cooks! I love that break every thing down. And they always compare the equipment or ingredients to determine which one is best! I have three books from them now and I use them all the time!

I bought this book as a gift, then decided to buy one for myself, too. I've baked a few of the cookie recipes, as well as some of the quick bread recipes.  They have all turned out great.  I bring the baked goods to work to share.  All my co-workers are convinced I am a brilliant baker!
