I never realized how much extra sugar I had in my diet, or that I COULD eat more carbs, before ready this book. It's hard to stick with something that feels like you're depriving yourself, but I found this book , and eating plan, easy to follow!
I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants to get into fighting form once the weather gets warmer, you book your vacation, or you want to feel lighter.
