A decade ago mothers from around the world contacted Michael Martin. They told him their babies were born blind. They believed a pesticide was at fault. This is the genesis of The Crestfallen Rose. Martin, a former district attorney, is a long time litigator of environmental poisons that affect people and plants. Michael has litigated many trials involving dangerous products in Courtrooms across america. He earned an English degree from the University of the South, Sewanee, and a law degree from the University of Florida.
The Crestfallen Rose, merges the journey of a child born blind with that of two women whose lives were devastated in pre-war II Germany, into a winsome and exciting tale.
Martin lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife Joy and daughters Kate and Rachel. He may be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
