The Cup of Our Life: A Guide to Spiritual Growthby Joyce Rupp O.S.M.
Joyce Rupp's bestselling contemporary classic has sold over 200,000 copies. This new edition continues a fifteen-year tradition of helping individuals and groups pray. Now with a new preface and fresh design, The Cup of Our Life is available to anyone seeking a more intimate and disciplined life of prayer. Joyce Rupp, the bestselling Catholic woman writer today, illustrates how the ordinary cups used each day can become sacred vessels that connect readers with life and bring them into closer union with the Divine. She explores how the cup is a rich symbol of life, with its emptiness and fullness, its brokenness and flaws, and its many blessings. With daily devotions for six weeks, this book is ideal for individual usage as well as group usage in parish settings, religious communities, and small Christian communities.

I am using this book in a study group. This is exactly what I needed at this time. It is also a book I will refer back to over times. It is helping me get a routine that is nourishing and fulfilling. It is opening me up to remember to empty my cup in order to fill it again.
This is a wonderful book. Going through it with my study group, we all agreed it made a significant impact on our lives and helped each of us with our efforts to incorporate spiritual focus and reflection in our lives. Cynthia in Parker
Ok im not actually chip thats my brother hes a playrr im not
Normally,I don't enjoy books that structure prayer and contemplative experiences. This book has been an amazing exception! It does offer a structure but is thoughtful and heartfelt in its relevance to every day and moments of extraordinary life. Like the other reviewer, I am doing this with a group of friends at our church. It's a book look forward to returning to. I bet you will too! Rick Costa
