This is a wonderful series for readers of all ages. It has short chapters with relatively easier reading. Interest Level is easily 1st through 4th graders.

My 5 year old picked this book out, since he loves pirates. We have read it so many times the pages are worn out. I recommend for younger kids or children starting to read. Keeps their interest and short and fun!!!

It can be hard to find books that boys age 5-8 can relate to. This is a great set of books and both my 4 and 7 year old just love them.
