    Definitely recommend it! A must for everyone!

    I definitely recommend this book! I have worked in a few retail stores and have seen SO many people that do the things the author describes. He's got a funny, witty style that you will love. Anyone who works in retail will LOVE this! And everyone else should read it so they can see what they're really like when they're shopping. I love this book! Thank you!
