Leaving Seattle was a difficult move for me, but the transition was made better knowing I could whip up some of my favorite treats from Dahlia Bakery myself. The recipes in this book are detailed and make it possible for a novice baker like myself to whip up delicious desserts.
Not compatible with Nook? Why is it being sold as a Nook Book?
I am an avid cookbook reader, collector and user, and I can tell you that this one ranks up there. Even is you don't bake, this is a great read. I have made a few of the recipes already and they turned out exactly as described and pictured... the grilled cheese recipes were delish. You won't go wrong with this book.
For both the advanced and novice baker, this book has recipes for all. It reads like a good book, an educational tool, and is worth every penny.
Great. Amazing. Next time I go home to Seattle, I'm going to at least one of his restaurants. Now if I could just have more than two square feet of space in my NY kitchen, maybe I could bake again!
