Now, those sweet dreams can come true, thanks to The Dahlia Bakery Cookbook.

Seattle's most popular chef and James Beard Outstanding Restaurateur Award winner Tom Douglas shares his secrets for 125 scrumptious treats. It's more than pix and drooling, it's a lesson on every page, and it's not scary!

Great. Amazing. Next time I go home to Seattle, I'm going to at least one of his restaurants. Now if I could just have more than two square feet of space in my NY kitchen, maybe I could bake again!

Leaving Seattle was a difficult move for me, but the transition was made better knowing I could whip up some of my favorite treats from Dahlia Bakery myself. The recipes in this book are detailed and make it possible for a novice baker like myself to whip up delicious desserts.

    Absolutely Wonderful - This one's a keeper

I am an avid cookbook reader, collector and user, and I can tell you that this one ranks up there. Even is you don't bake, this is a great read. I have made a few of the recipes already and they turned out exactly as described and pictured... the grilled cheese recipes were delish. You won't go wrong with this book.
